That's what that paragon of truth and honesty, Urban Meyer, was apparently trying to sell to another quarterback he happened to be recruiting at the same time.
According to the book "Meat Market" by Bruce Feldman, he told Jevan Snead (who verbally committed to play quarterback at Florida) that he was only recruiting Tebow as a linebacker. Feldman's source was Snead's high school coach. Needless to say, he pulled his commitment soon after.
