Don't look now but Miami could easily end up 12-4, maybe 11-5.
They have the easiest remaining schedule in the NFL. Now if they could stop losing to the teams that they are supposed to beat and continue beating the teams that they are supposed to lose to.
They suddenly are very strong at WR with Camarillo, Ginn, Bess, and London.
Pennington just doesn't make mistakes.
I would have been happy with just two wins this year. But now look at the possibilities.
Parcells is a master of turning a team around. Sporano is proving to be a good motivator.
I know most of you don't care..but after last year...4 wins is exciting.

It's an open division. No denying that, but I wouldn't get your hopes up. I think the Jets or Bills will win it. The Pats are still there are well. I really think the Jets are gonna get stronger down the stretch and win the AFC East. They have a pretty favorable schedule as well. But, the 'Fins have made some nice strides. I'm a huge Pennington fan, so I love seeing him putting up some nice numbers thus far. I just think the Jets win the AFC East in '08.

The only reason that any of those AFC East teams are winning is that they ALL have ridiculously easy schedules. If Miami, NE, NYJ and Buf had to face the AFC North's schedule, there wouldn't be a team in that division over .500 right now.
That being said, I hope the Dolphins pull it off. That would be the ultimate comeback story, from 1-15 to division champs the next year.

Uhh, Cleveland doesn't suck. They are 1-3 against the AFC North, that's what's killing them. They are 2-2 against the other teams they've played, which includes the Dallas Cowboys, the New York Giants, the Jacksonville Jaguars, and the Washington Redskins.moneymaker02 wrote:wow, you've got to be kidding me right? the afc north is year in and year out one of the worst conferences in the league. pitt is the only consistent team year in and year out. cinci sucks, cleve sucks, and baltimore always finishes .500 because of the defense.
Miami would go 1-3 at BEST against that, maybe 0-4. Ditto for every other team in the AFC East. We'll just see when Cleveland goes to Buffalo in a few weeks, I think the Browns win that one.

I wouldn't say the Browns suck (I'll reserve that word for my Bengals, the Lions, the Chiefs, the Raiders, and maybe another team) but I'll agree with what one of the ESPN NFL guys said on Sportscenter last night, the Browns are a bad football team
