Look out...here come the Florida Gators again. They crushed South Carolina today 56-6...the Gators have one loss this year, 31-30 at home to Mississippi. The rest of their games?
Hawaii 1-0 (0-0) W 56-10
Miami (FL) 2-0 (0-0) W 26-3
@ Tennessee 3-0 (1-0) W 30-6
Mississippi 3-1 (1-1) L 31-30
@ Arkansas 4-1 (2-1) W 38-7
No. 4 LSU 5-1 (3-1) W 51-21
Kentucky 6-1 (4-1) W 63-5
@ No. 6 Georgia 7-1 (5-1) W 49-10
@ Vanderbilt 8-1 (6-1) W 42-14
No. 25 South Carolina 9-1 (7-1) W 56-6
Holy crap. Florida is playing better than anyone over the last 5 weeks or so.
Don't be surprised to see Urban win his 2nd National title in the last 3 years...Ohio State should be glad they won't be in the BCS title game again.

I'll agree, and honestly, they've been fun to watch. I'm looking forward to seeing what else they can do.
Is it odd that for some reason this team instills hope in a college football play-off?

Saxy, they are a lot of fun to watch. The Gators are just destroying teams lately.

I think I may have caught a glimpse of Cole Magner on the Gators sideline. I know he was supposed to be a volunteer assistant but it isn't listed on the website so not sure if he is actually down there. But there was someone fitting his description on screen for a second or so. . .

Freak, I agree they are playing awesome but don't you think Texas Tech is too? Florida is pounding teams but I don't buy the SEC as being that great this season. The conference isn't what is was the last 2 years IMO.
I would like to see Texas Tech vs. Florida for the championship.

Back a few weeks ago I was hoping to see Texas Tech and Penn St. Obviously that won't happen now, but I am still waiting to see Texas Tech against Oklahoma. That should be a great game and might have some outcome on the title game as well.
Like kdog said, the SEC is rather weak this year. Especially compared to the schedules of the Big 12 teams in the top 5. I really don't want to see Florida and Bama in the title game. If Florida somehow moves above Bama, and Texas, Texas Tech, or Oklahoma makes it in, I would, however, be content with that game.
Will Bama, playing a 5-6 Auburn team, knock them out of the #1 spot or do they have to lose that game to move anywhere? I forget if Strength of Schedule is still factored into the computer ranking that much or not. I'd hate to see an undefeated team get the boot for that again though.

Absolutely. TT has done a hell of a job this year. UF isn't guaranteed anything but they have been laying SEC teams to waste lately. I would love to see TX Tech and Fla play for the title....but there are a few things to take care of first.

If Florida and Texas Tech win out, they will face off for the national championship, since Florida will have beaten Alabama in the SEC Championship. That would be a cool NC game. I've actually not seen Florida play this year, most of their games haven't been on TV, I think only Vanderbilt and Tennessee were shown here in BG. Texas Tech was on Saturday Night Football on ABC 2 straight weeks earlier this month. The end of the Texas-Texas Tech game was nuts, and then they just crushed Oklahoma State.
I'm not sure who's better between the two. Hopefully we don't have a situation where Oklahoma beats TT, Auburn upsets Alabama (which I think is VERY possible given their recent owning of the Crimson Tide), and Florida loses to Alabama in the SEC Championship. Then who goes to the NC??? Hopefully Utah or Boise.

Florida plays Citadel this week. What's that all about? I am not questioning their non conference schedule because they play Miami and FSU but it is a little late in the season for a game like that.
I hope that Texas Tech destroys Oklahoma this weekend.

I don't have a good reason. Just don't like it.
