Game 3
5-Pac 10 USC(5) 11--1
12-Big East Cincinnati(12) 10--2

Game 4
4-At-Large Alabama(4) 11--1
13-ACC Va Tech(21) 9--4

Game 5
3-At-Large Texas(3) 11--1
14-Con Usa East Carolina(30) 9--4

Game 6
6-Big Ten Penn State(6) 11--1
11-At-Large TCU(11) 10--2

Wow. Imagine the possibilities. Oklahoma plays Utah, Penn State or Texas before Florida.

Florida plays Texas Tech and USC or Bama.

Imagine how much better this would have been with a Ball State win.

Wow. Imagine the possibilities. Oklahoma plays Utah, Penn State or Texas before Florida.

Florida plays Texas Tech and USC or Bama.

Imagine how much better this would have been with a Ball State win.
Here is how it would work

Week 1
Friday the 12th
8 pm Troy @ Florida
9:30 pm Boise St. @ Texas Tech

Saturday the 13th
noon Va Tech @ Bama
3pm TCU @ Penn State
4pm Buff @ Oklahoma
6pm East Carolina @ Texas
8pm OSU @ Utah
9pm Cincinnati @ USC

Week 2(imagining all of the home teams win)
Saturday the 20th neutral locations
noon Oklahoma v Utah
3pm Florida v Texas Tech
6pm Alabama v USC
9pm Texas v Penn St

Week 3(imagining all of the higher seeds win)
Saturday the 27th neutral locations
noon-6 bowl games
6pm Bama v Florida
9pm Oklahoma v Texas

Week 4
Saturday January 3rd
Bowl games

Week 5
Sunday January 11th
National Championship game
Fla v Oklahoma

1)But the kids are in school: OSU goes on break after this week and returns in early January.
2)But there are rematches: The chances of it playing out by seeds are slim.
3)But it will hurt the bowl games: Bowl games still exist.

The amount of money that would be made in that system v the current system is staggering. Instead of 1 game you have 15 games. Every conference is involved.

OSU lose to UTAH???

My god dude get real.

Utah is a pretender. Wait until Bama destroys them. Yes I said DESTROYS them. I can't wait. Two years in a row that a pretender non BCS school gets killed. There will never ever be two teams to make it the same year and it will never ever even be a thought ever again.

Roll Tide!

So you think a team that gets killed in a BCS game two years in a row is a pretender? I agree.

or are you saying a team who has an inflated record because they play a weak schedule is a pretender? I'd agree with that too.

How is Ohio States schedule weak compared to Boise's?

Ohio State played more top 25 teams. Ohio State beat more top 25 teams. Can't argue against that.

It is not Ohio state's fault who they have to play during conference play and even being stuck against some of the big ten teams that suck..The Big Ten is still far better than the piss poor WAC, Mountain West and whatever other mid major you throw out there.

Also, if you could read I said a pretender Non BCS school. OSU is not a pretender. They have been conference champions 4 years in a row now in a BCS CONFERENCE. They have competed for a national title twice. They lost, so what they still belonged. They are not the same team they were in week 3 of this year. It is also not their fault everyone else lost last year. If those teams were worthy of a title shot then they should have won when it counted. They did not. Too bad.

Non BCS pretenders such as Hawaii and Utah this year will be lucky to be invited back. It will pretty much shut down any opportunity for two of them to make it in the same year.

If you weren't too busy protesting fed ex like a stupid liberal thoughtless idiot you would have understood that the first time. I still doubt, however, you will understand it the 2nd time.

It takes 0 time to boycott something. So I have a lot of time. Ohio State showed they did not belong on the field with USC, and in the last two national championship games. During your argument you start attacking me in the middle of attacking the last post that was not made by me. So lets look at OSU's schedule. Who exactly do OSU beat who has a good out of conference win?
You also say that its not OSU's fault that they have to play the Big Ten. Whose fault is it when they play Youngstown State? Whose fault is it when they play 7 home games? Whose fault is Utah's or Boise's conference schedule? Would OSU be willing to play Boise State or Utah away?

If OSU is not a pretender then what do you call a team that is basically blacklisted from playing in the National Championship game because they were destroyed twice in a row and their conference sucks?

How does liberal and thoughtless even fit together? I clearly have a thought if I am thinking liberal thoughts. Why did you type first time and then use a number when you typed 2nd time?

Why would they? Ohio State has a Big Ten championship trophy in the case from the last four years. Yes, two of them are co-championships, but a championship is a championship.

You can't have two different champions. That's garbage. I don't care what the official rules say, Penn State won AT Ohio State, they finished tied, so PSU is the Big Ten Champion, period.

I don't see Texas Tech and Texas touting the fact that they were Big XII champions this year, as they had the same record as Oklahoma. Same thing.

That's not what the record book says and the Big Ten rules clearly state you can have two champions, hence they both have a Big Ten trophy. Maybe if Penn State would stop losing to average teams they'd finally get one all to themselves. They only have themselves to be mad at, the rules have been the same forever and they knew them going in. Wow, so defensive! Did you go to school at Penn State or something?
