Sexual orientation is a protected class, as well as age. Your right. At first I thought that a straight person was not a protected class in this situation. As far as it's applied in this case, I don't know how you can prove why she lost her scholarship. This issue overall is a big deal in a lot of college locker rooms in women's basketball.
