I don't think sexuality is a protected class. I could be wrong. I just had a job interview, where I was told I was too old. Maybe I should sue. :)

I think there are age limits to being a stripper.

Sexual orientation is a protected class, as well as age. I know you were kidding, but you would definitely have a case if you were a douche and felt like suing your interviewer.

As far as it's applied in this case, I don't know how you can prove why she lost her scholarship. This issue overall is a big deal in a lot of college locker rooms in women's basketball.

Your right. At first I thought that a straight person was not a protected class in this situation. Maybe she was not a D-1 player, like Coach Orr informed Dusan.
