Press release from LSU about how they are replacing their natural turf field with purple Field Turf.

Gotta give it to them - they went all out on April Fools Day with this one. I wonder how many near heart attacks were suffered by some of those hardcore fans in the south.

Whoever wrote that up really gave it away towards the end with the Vandalay Industries references. Though I'm sure there are a lot of people who wouldn't pick up on that, there's also sure to be tons that do as well. Pretty funny though.
