Joe Posnanski reviews the book "Death to the BCS" and makes some pretty interesting points.

In a related note, what do sand castles and gators have in common?
The both look bad when the Tide rolls in.

A) I am going to a book store TODAY to buy this book after reading that column. I must have it.
B)
• A 16-team playoff.
• Eleven of the 16 teams would be conference champs; the other five would be at-large teams picked by a committee. The teams would also be seeded by a committee.
• The first three rounds would be played at home sites; the only neutral-site game would be the championship game.
IF the day ever comes where we have a playoff system, this is the one, I think, works best. Gotta go...Borders is right down the street.

Dream scenario: Ohio State makes it to the title game and gets crushed by Boise.

Dream scenario to finally get a playoff: a Boise-TCU title game, or Boise or TCU making the title game over a "traditional power"
