Just found out today (And I must be the least perceptive man in the city) That my favorite radio guy on Cbus's sports station got booted 2 days after Tattoogate came out, mostly because he talked negatively about Tressell. I really love football, think OSU fans are easily the worst most delusional football fans I have ever seen and love being in Columbus and watching people stumble over themselves trying to rationalize how what Tressell did was not that bad or that Terrelle Pryor is a good dude. Glad to be a falcon.

I heard a guy call 106.5 the ticket out of Toledo and say that he felt Tressell was taking the fall for the president and athletic director, and that Tressell had actually done everything correct and was just trying to protect the University by accepting blame. That had to have been the dumbest thing I ever heard, except that the announcers actually thought such a thing was possible.

Globetrotter - Evidently the Buckeye fanatics called the station and announced they were going to boycott the advertisers on his show. Bruce took the high road in his blog (http://brucehooley.com/).

And footballguy51, while I believe Tressell was wrong and should be fired, I also think he might be taking the fall for the other two. If I were on the BOT, I would have released all three. Gee's comment was just dumb (goes to show that people that wear bowties are not always smart).
