for those of us who oft wonder, "what in the hell is a zip? and why in the hell is a kangaroo the mascot?" an interesting story in today's PD...

I gotta say, I like it. It's unique, that's for sure, even if it makes no sense sometimes. I always wanna hit that Kangaroo when I see him around, but I still think it's a goofy, fun mascot.

I would take the kangaroo over the following peice of crap mascots:

the bobcat who appears to be sleeping all the time
the EMU Eagle whose beak rests on his chest
Rocky the Rocket....could write my dissertation on this one


I think the only MAC mascot that comes close to compete with our birds is the Buffalo Bull.....he's not too bad....of course that may have somehting to do with the fact that since I have been a BG fan they have not done anything to make me hate them!
