Ingredients:
1 can boned chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 jar of salsa
1 big block of velveeta
1/2 tsp. garlic powder*
1/2 tsp. ground cumin*
(*Or season to taste)
Mix together chicken, soup, salsa, and seaoning in a bowl and place in crock-pot.
Chunk the velveeta into cubes and stir into chicken mix.
Cook on high until cheese is melted.
Serve with veggies and tortilla chips!
