Dilled and Grilled

Post by h2oville rocket »

New potatoes, about three days from in the ground: spread a mix of butter, fresh garlic and fresh chopped nd I seared them on the grill-then slashed them about half inch deep, soaked them in the sauce again and set them on the top rack of the grill while I cooked the buffalo burgers on the lower section. I made thirty potatoes, cut inhalf-none of them survived the evening. Different sizes required pulling them off at different times but that just kept everything nice and hot through dinner and the potato slaughter that continued into the evening.
