Hosted some folks last night and whipped up a batch based on this recipe. I love pomegranates, and they added a neat pop to the guac. Poms are in season through February, so it's fun to try new things with them.
Served with homemade pita chips instead of the suggested plantain chips (recipe here) or tortillas...but I'd love to try it with the former some time.
