Old T is a hero of mine. Not only for his unabashed appreciation of beer, bourbon, blended whiskey, watermelon wine, German beer and coffee, but for brilliant, slice of life songwriting, his laid back singing style and the crack production team he gathered in his hey day. His last CD, "Sings Miss Dixie" had the most heartbreaking war song I've heard in a looooooong time, "Hero in Harlan." He liked to have fun too as you can hear from this little song.
