Place mini pretzels on a baking sheet.

Top with a rolo

Bake at 350 for 3-5 minutes until rolo is soft and slightly melted.

Take out of oven and press a pecan onto rolo to "smoosh" the whole thing together.

Voila. Turtle.

Even nicer:

Truffles.

One bag of oreo cookies.

One 8oz brick of cream cheese.

Whiz both together in food processor.

Use melon baller to make small orbs of black batter globs.

Make a ganache (a bunch of chocolate with some cream thrown in to make it smooth.)

Coat globs in one coat of genache. Chill. Coat with another layer of genache. Chill once again. Drizzle with some sort of flavoring. In my case, I'm drizzling with dark chocolate laces with peppermint.

Voila. Truffles.
