First ribs of the season

Post by 1987alum »

Finally gave the grill its Spring tune up and celebrated by firing up two racks of baby back ribs with some fresh corn on the cob. Outstanding!

I'm going to test out a new teriyaki sauce on some chicken this weekend, maybe another set of ribs, too.

Grilling season is the best time of the year!

I've got a few racks of baby backs in the freezer that I picked up over the winter at $2.99/lb. I'm itching to get them on the smoker sometime here before too long. Did my first real smoke of the year Friday...2 Boston Butts, totaling about 17# of pork....OMG is it good :)

Made for some good eats for the draft! :)
