Well, Dad, do we get a look in on the recipe, or is it a family secret?

He posted the recipe on the boards a long time ago (well before the advent of the food board). I would imagine that he'll come through with it again.

I've made it one time, and it's really easy to do, and it is pretty darn good. The key is Crescent rolls :)

Zom,

Here ya go, bro. Like hammb said, this is very easy to make...very tasty.

Falcon Cheesecake

2 (8oz each) crescent rolls
2 (8oz each) cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 stick butter (works much better than margarine)

In the bottom of a 9 X 13 pan (ungreased), spread 1 package of rolls-close seams
Beat cream cheese + 1 cup sugar + vanilla
Spread mixture on rolls. Put 2nd package of rolls on top of cheese mixture
Close seams. Melt butter--pour over rolls
Mix ½ cup sugar + 1 teaspoon cinnamon—sprinkle on top of butter
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
Let cool—divide into desired pieces and ENJOY!!

GO BG!~
