Couple of tuna fillets... quick marinade in a concoction of teriyaki/raw sugar and then rubbed with a hand-ground rub of black peppercorns and red pepper flakes. Seared and grilled long enough that a pregnant woman wouldn't have to worry about it. Sliced up and served on a bed of mixed greens with a little honey-mustard dressing. DAMN this was GOOD!!!

Not a tuna fan, but looks good Grant! DFH 90!? Excellent choice in brews, for sure!

Most of all I'm jealous of the food porn. I have got to get me a new camera. My food porn tonight would've been fantastic as well.

Best I ever had was at Nicki Beach in Miami- fabulous! Had a good tuna salad there as well. This one looks the part for sure.
