My latest acquisition (read freebie) from a friend.
A commercial refridgerator, just need an external temp controller so the electric budget won't kill me (and a little bit of cleaning
). It will hold at least three but possibly four carboys/bucket fermenters for cold conditioning or lagering beers so I will start experimenting with some extract lagers soon!
