Fuzzy photo, good food

Didn't have the camera handy, but was so pleased with how Saturday's "victory" dinner turned out.
Menu:
Grilled boneless pork chops with molasses rum reduction
Roasted potato panko cubs
Papaya salsa
The reduction didn't, um, reduce as much as I would have liked and it was getting late, so we went with what I had. I would have liked to have had some apple cider for that. The salsa was really good and I love the color!
