Made this for Christmas. Tastes almost as good as it sounds, though I think you have to get the bacon "just right" for it to really work well. The semi-sweet chocolate was almost a bit much for me as well and I'm wondering how using/mixing in milk chocolate with the melt would work out.
Hardest part of the whole recipe was transferring from spatula to baking sheet. Okay, check that, the HARDEST part was not eating the bacon as it came out of the pan. The recipe calls for 8 slices, I'd recommend making the whole package.
