Yup..Darrell Hunter is from Dwyer, he comes up here and does well and that makes a kid like Minns give us a look. Once you open that pipeline, if you give the kids you're bringing in a fair shot and don't BS them, it can pay off for years.
It's not the fall that hurts...it's when you hit the ground.
