sounds like a good get, both guys have 1 year post HS which seems odd but both should be good.

Looks like he plays in a good league. More of an active utility guy then anything too explosive or special. Looks pretty thin though. Only averaged 8.5 pts a game and 7.2 rebounds. Not great numbers. Block numbers are off the charts at 4.2 a game.
On second thought he looks super explosive in that second video....

My first reaction is that 1 year of post HS is a good thing. That first year of college is a huge adjustment. At least this guy will be close to home for 1 year and getting alot of playing time at his JC. I think some kids are rushed and have an unrealistic view of what they will experience that Freshman year. They crash hard [see D McElroy and other similar stories]

I'm guessing that he was one of the two kids that Louis Orr said they were recruiting when we ran into him during our final 50th reunion event on Sat. nite.
I really didn't see both kids, but thought one that I did see looked "guard-size" though nowadays that could mean a 6'6" kid too.

Yeah that "and 1" dunk he had in traffic was eye opening. See some upside here. Reminds me of Torian Oglesby only with a better shooting touch.

"Holmes blocked a school-record 150 shots a year after setting the record with 127 as a junior. This year, he is averaging 16.0 points, 9.5 rebounds, and 7.5 blocked shots through the first two games of the season and he posted a triple-double in his first game with Moraine, totaling 15 points, 11 rebounds and 11 blocks." Noice although in game 2 he had 17 points 8 rebounds and 4 blocks...

Keith McLeod was a partial qualifier and that turned out pretty good!

Can also follow Parker a little bit. Looks like he is on a loaded team.

8.5 points isn't great.
But 7.2 boards? I'll take it. And the blocks are Playstation-like...

There is an entire thread on this guy that I will have to update and then maybe Merge here. He has had over 10 blocks in atleast 4 games this year already. Either he is playing guys as good as you and me or the guy will be a ridiculous defensive presence. Combine that with what Cam Black brings (Or I guess seemingly brings since I have not seen much more then his numbers) and we should be ok at C for awhile. And then we have the 6-9 athletic Desmond Rorire on our bench I am guessing sitting out this year.
