Compared to Miami ( with about 11 from OH.) and UT (with around 9 or so), we don't seem to be having much impact in our home state, other than in SW Oh. (not a bad place to recruit BTW)...Just wish we could get back into the mix in NE Oh., where we seem to have lost our way in the recruiting wars...
That said, this may be the highest RATED class in terms of the recruiting site evaluations in years...so we'll see... it'll be interesting to see how many of these kids get a chance to play this season, what with all the returnees, who SHOULD be at an advantage.
Education our Challenge, Excellence our goal. (look it up)

Although not officially recruits, we also have these 3 as possible players this year.
Jermel Hosley, WR...scholarship
Andre Givens, RB...not sure about scholarship
Jeron Stokes, WR...not sure about scholarship

We also lost Trent Hurley freeing up one more spot. I think we also had two guys graduate and not take their 5th year of eligibility. Demark Jenkins and John Davis...someone can correct me if I'm wrong about that. I saw them in the seniors graduation photo so I'm making an assumption. If true, that might be two more spots available.

Does anyone know if some walk-ons have earned scholarships..Schmiedebusch? Pohlman? etc... Both on the two deep last year and if I remember correctly that was a criteria Clawson used to award scholarships to walk-ons in the past.
