Shunned by OSU and Florida because he was caught in an off campus apartment holding less than 100 grams of weed lists BGSU , Syracuse and Marshall as his late suitors.
Sign him!!! You don't even know if it was his weed seeing as he was on an OFFICIAL VISIT to Urbie world. I'm pretty sure the school provides the girls and drugs on visits down there. He even tweeted "OSU players do so many drugs" after he was caught (wisely deleted it).

Sorry Flip, but can't agree w/ you on this one. Yes, kids do dumb things. But caught with stuff while on "official visit" is more than dumb... it's downright STUPID.

Things definitely have changed over the years. 25 years ago when I went on recruiting visits I was not allowed in a college dorm or off-campus apartment. I was with my parents the whole time as well as members and coaches from the hockey team. I was never left alone. Maybe this is something that NCAA need to look into again. What's so wrong having parental supervision during these recruiting visits. Look what happened at Louisville. The recruits were given hookers. Ohio state has parties for recruits. It's a college visit. There's no reason for these student-athletes to be left alone.

61...You and I have been around and round on this issue...we disagree and I respect that. You might want to keep an open mind to the notion that it wasn't actually his since he was at an apartment with his University host. He might have been the one holding it when the man showed up...maybe not. I don't know. Regardless..it's a ticketed misdemeanor with a $100 or so fine and no time or trace on his record.
I'm OK with that...you aren't. That's cool.
gmartin...I agree with you 100%. BG had a possible xfer from OSU here on a visit under Clawson. He wound up drunk on some girl's doorstep. Not acceptable...
