If you can find that spot you'll be dead center on the basket and looking for it takes your mind off of everything else so you just shoot the ball without having so much to think about.
Just don't try to count the bolts in the floor. It'll throw your game all off. Ask Kevin McHale...
Great episode-and the x-ray of the male gorilla that might be Laimbeer :chimp:

falconmama2007,

We were at the Kent game and I was very impressed with Nate's play. I kept saying to Class of 61 how much I like his game. This was a tough loss...the team played a solid game. Just not quite...

Tell Nate to keep up the good work!!

And speaking more generally, this was the absolute best that I have seen a Dakich team run the motion offense, especially in the first half. The team was cutting to the hoop, finding passing lanes, and finishing at the hoop in such a fluid way, it really felt like I was watching a different team at times. We came up a bit short, but we looked a hell of a lot more sharp and balanced than we have sounded in quite a while.

GO FALCONS!
BO,

Where were you sitting? I was looking for ya. I agree about the offense. It looked very fluid for much of the game. Where we lost the game was the times we forced plays. I counted 3 or 4 down the crucial stretch were BG players dribbled right into traps and double teams and turned the ball over. I'm not sure Dusan deserves the minutes he's getting...or at least got at Kent. I see a guy that is a step behind on D and simply passes on O. I don't see him as a scoring threat at all.

I was pleased with the effort. I was worried Kent would come out with a foul taste in their mouth after losing to Akron...and we were on the road again. The team definitely played with heart and it's that kind of effort that will pay off.
