Antonio Daniels' duty is to provide scoring punch when Gilbert Arenas, Antawn Jamison or Caron Butler are resting, injured or just having an off night. The former two scored 25 apiece, but the latter had just a dozen, so Daniels picked up the slack by shooting 7-of-9 from the floor, including 2-of-2 from deep, for 18 points and added six assists and three steals in 25 minutes as Washington picked up win, besting fellow division-leader Toronto 129-109.
