Dana Altman, the men's coach at Creighton, has enjoyed great success. He is a coach at a smaller program like ours who has had success that has had many opportunities but has chose to stay on and lead the Blue Jays.

Not in women's basketball. Ever heard of Bob Lindsay? Mark Ehlen? Wendy Larry?

You're simply not correct on this point. Women's basketball is a different animal.

Altman is paid at least 500K at Creighton and is guaranteed something like $1 million if he finishes his contract. Plus he get to play at the Qwest Center. Big difference.
