BG lacked production at point guard last year as Brian Guerin and Ryan Sims combined to score about five points per game.
I really don't care how much the point guards score per game. Everyone on the team needs a role and the PG should be strong defensively, handling the ball and running the offense while providing leadership. Scoring is a bonus.
It would be real nice if Joe Jakubowski can contribute significantly this year but I truly hope he is not forced into the fire too quickly. He looks to be real good late pick up for the future a program heading in a new direction.

Recruited by UMass?
Getting a player a UMass had offered a schollie to is pretty good if I may say so. We could be getting a real diamond here.
