Because I was at the game and I didn't like the way he looked on the floor. The numbers are nice and I am sure Blufton isn't a great litmus test and again I have only seen the DePaul and Blufton games, but I don't like his floor presence.BGfan01 wrote: How can you say he did not have a good game?
Again, I have only seen the two games, so my opinion is based solely on those two occassions.BGfan01 wrote: One of his "forced drives" helped stop a late Detroit run that helped them win the game.
My original quote was that Floyd had trouble sticking with his man on d and he would bomb triples. Meaning that the Blufton player stuck a couple threes (bombed triples) when Floyd was cheating over and allowing his man to be open because Floyd didn't stay with his weak side man.BGfan01 wrote: He was really "bombing triples" tonight, when he only shot two.
I hope your assesment is right BGfan01 because we need help at the PG position. I just hope Floyd doesn't turn out to be like the last St. John's PG we had. . . (bonus points for naming him. . .)

I have to agree with DD. I like Floyd's style, but he just looked a little too immature tonight and kind of sloppy. I think he's got a lot of great things about him, just needs to relax and play his game. Everyone had trouble here and there last night, except from behind the arc!!!! We were looking pretty good there...
Living in Virginia....so this is what elevation looks like =)
