That is actually why I felt they would win. We lost at home...twice. You think Orr isn't going to have them ready to go down to Athens and actually make a game of it? It was pretty much a make or break game with this team and the rest of the season. Either dig the hole bigger and keep snowballing, or show the league they can win on the road in one of the toughest places to play in the MAC.bgsufalcon24 wrote:I just don't get it, we hadn't won on the road all year, and was coming off of two crushing home losses in a row. Further, Ohio was one of the top teams in the MAC. There was no indication whatsoever that BG was going to win today.

Our team doesn't suck. We actually have some talented players. Do I think we could win the league? Probably not. Do I think we could make a solid run in the MAC tourney? Hell yes. If you've been to games, you've seen signs of life. I think the guys are still learning to gel when on the court. I feel that's something no matter how hard you try and work at in practice, you don't really get to really do until you're playing a real game. Give it time with what we already have, gets some of Orr's recruits in, and BG basketball will become one of the forerunners in the MAC again.
