Deveroes Summer League

Post by renorvis »

I attend a college summer league game today that included three Falcons Chris Knight, Danny McElroy and Jordan Crawford. They just so happen to play on the same team. I watch them tonight and I do not take much stock into an organized pick up game. FWIW Chris looks great he even posterized a guy from the baseline! His game is starting to flourish now that he is completely healthy. D-Mac will be a good player for us. Once he get in the weight room and plays against our bigs for awhile, he will be able to make an impact. He is physical around the basket, is not afraid to go rebound and has a decent midrange game. Crawford is a work in progress in my opinion, he is very quick with the ball. Sometime too quick and he gets ahead of himself. His defense needs work. But he has great potential at 5 foot 5 inches. Once he learns the nuances of the college game he will fine. Their team lost but our guys still played well, I believe Chris finished with 16 or so points. Here is the website:
