Not sure if you guys caught Orr on Norm Wamer today. But Norm asked him why Joe Jack has not been seeing much action this year and has not been in foul trouble. Orr gave some round a bout answer and talked about stats. All the states seemed to be smiler and his logic for one playing over the other was dumb.

I know that Alabama has really attempted to overcome the dumb perception and so has Arkansas. I know people in Texas think they're a whole lot smarter than the rest of us.
A lot of people say the education system in the United States is going downhill, but where do the international students want to go to attend college? That's right, the United States. So I don't think you should worry that much about dumb states. Ignore the logic behind the perception and go with reality.

I'm gonna guess Coach Orr just said what he thought would get him off Norm's show as fast as possible

"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

But why would you be a smiler if you were a dumb state?

Re: boys basketball team
I'm glad to see BG finally has a boys basketball team. Will Orr coach the boys too?
