BG picked last in MAC East

There are no more excuses for BG in men's hoops, and that goes for this season for sure. We're not young anymore, we return a lot of players, our coaching staff has been intact, we have a multiple-player senior class, we're playing in a top-notch facility. Now is the time to make a run. I know these predictions mean nothing in the end, but I sure do get sick of seeing us picked last or next to last year after year. It's time to make a statement. GO BG!!!

I certainly hope that the other MAC East teams are loaded. Either this says the division is loaded, or the league thinks nothing of BG's roster and coaching staff. All 5 starters returning and finishing last in the East means it is time for a new coach. IMO, BG finishes middle of the pack in the East and has potential to do better.

I think this seemed absurd before but when we looked at it the other MAC teams return a ton. With that said I am very excited about this team and if we get anything out of Hendersona nd Clarke we can compete for the MAC. Not sure we should expect much from ORR or Rorie but thats from extremely limited information so thats subject to change for me.
