No, he's not. He played in way too many games. I don't know the exact rule, but it's something like 20 percent of your team's games. If you've played in more than 20 percent, you're not eligible for a medical redshirt. I'm guessing there are other components to the rule as well (can't play after a certain date, or something like that).
