I think its really inarguable to say he is a decent piece for a team to have. I am also relieved to see we shot well from the field, the FT and it seems like Clarke played a good amt at the 2. This game should be reassuring for people.
We get Clarke or Holmes rolling as a third consistent scorer and we can beat anyone.

In Au's't'n's defense, 9th grade basketball doesn't use a shot clock.Globetrotter wrote:When you have a lead down shoot early in the clock. 9th grade basketball lesson calhoun never learned.

I am very frustrated that we will have Gomez and Rorie for the next 4 years. Maybe its premature but I have seen nothing that tells me these guys can play.
you've seen nothing since these guys have yet to play this year, if my memory serves me right...Give the kids a chance and lets see what happens when...and if...they're healthy and/or eligible.

Rorie hasn't had any impact here....so I can kind of see why people might be down on him...but Gomez? Has anyone actually see him play?

He played in the preview games and I saw highlights. He looked very very slow.Flipper wrote:Rorie hasn't had any impact here....so I can kind of see why people might be down on him...but Gomez? Has anyone actually see him play?

So...based on what, 15 seconds of footage in a scrimmage you're going to write him off?.

He tends to make alot of assumptions based off grainy video set to rap music. He also likes to declare stud status, even if the player had no other D1 offers.

Cameron Black is the most intimidating big man since Patrick Ewing shut down the paint for Georgetown

Zapruder--it's all we got and I think it's fun. I admitted that it was based off little film and premature. Not sure you deserve more explanation than that guest44.guest44 wrote:He tends to make alot of assumptions based off grainy video set to rap music. Not sure I have ever given someone status with no other offers either.

Here is the video. It's pretty evident here although I admit its a small sampling. He looks like he is walking in concrete.
