This is not unique to BSU. Most athletic sites have this feature available, including BG.

I did not know that, glad you pointed that out. Is this a way used for walk-on athletes or is this used even before the recruiting process.

I believe the PSA form is more for high school kids to get on a school's watch list. It is used to get your name and information to schools that may be of interest. It's also a good way for high school coaches to get their kids a little attention and to get a college out to scout the kid. I'm not sure on the walk-ons but I don't think it's used to much for walk-ons.

Every program uses this form of contact except for Marshall and Kentucky right? You need to know how to read and write in order to fill out the form.
