According to some tweets at verbalcommits.com both Nick Perkins and Cortez Seales have scheduled visits at BG in the near future.

Nice. We technically only have 1 schollie left but I wouldn't be surprised if other guys left. I am not pushing for it but Orr and Gomez will both be 4th year seniors. I like Orr a lot and think Gomez has a role here.

Gomez has already transferred, so he can't transfer to another D1 again without losing a year of eligibility. So, he probably either transfer DII or stays for good.

Same for Orr, who has used a medical redshirt, He can't transfer without losing a year of eligibility either.

It might pay for both of these guys to transfer to DII soon. Nobody from last years' team has transferred, but once the new players show up in fall workouts, and they get a tangible feel for Jans' system, guys might change their minds.

Is that true if they graduate? I don't think it is. I think you can do whatever you want if you graduate in 4 years.

Correct, if you graduate you can transfer anywhere and play your 5th year if you still have eligibility remaining without having to sit out

Scratch that. Perkins committed to Buffalo and Seales to North Dakota. I'm not sure that they made an official visit before the commitments.

Frankie Hughes of Garfield Heights (teammate of Willie Jackson) is also on the radar with a BG offer.

And Sonny Johnson ( GHHS head coach- former Mr. Basketball-Ohio), recently tweeted about another Soph. / mentioned BG as one of 3 schools already showing interest. \:D/

Ronshad Shabazz...that kid has to sign here. Best name associated with BG sports since Kenderson Obas verballed her for football. We've offered 2016 LB Jango Glackin in football...but he's getting a ton of P5 interest so we probabaly won't land him.
It's not the fall that hurts...it's when you hit the ground.

For those keeping track of Globe's listing. PG Marquis Pointer signed with College of Charleston. Reported offers for 2015 signees at PG down to two left. Not necessarily a priority this year as we have 4 PGs not including Lyshe on the roster but 2015-16 we will have a need with two seniors remaining.

Would it make more sense to order it by position?
