I was real surprised to see Germaine be in uniform and play today....I thought he was done for the year. Was this planned, or did I miss something? I know he didn't play much, but wow what an ovation when he came in. Hopefully he will be playing his original role in the offense by the MAC tourney.

I guess it was in the paper about a week ago that he would be playing limited minutes as of now. I think the doctors said that he won't damage his knee any further so he would be able to play. I could be wrong if someone wants to chime in.

Nope, that about sums it up. They said something to the effect of "he doesn't have anything left to damage in there". Though I think we also have to remember that his injury after the UT game was diagnosed as a "bone bruise" and had nothing to do with the ACL history he has.
