Nice win for BG. Solid defensive effort. Glad to be back on the winning side of things! Next up: Fairmont State in the school day game on Friday at 11:00am in the Stroh!
Watched the highlights and checked through the stats. Man, Trey Diggs has a QUICK release on that three. I think he is going to make a huge impact on this team as the season rolls on. Frye's shot looks a little off to me. He has started off pretty cold, so I hope he gets his swagger back because he should be a 40% guy from deep. Turner had an off-game with shooting (played great, otherwise), but BG still won handily, which is a good sign.

Judging from the FT stats (JU shot a TON more) and number of fouls, it seems like the score of this game makes it look way closer than it really was. It was never really close in the second half. Glad the Florida kids got to play in their hometown, but I hope they never have to do something like this again. Would have been much better for everyone had they gotten to play FIU, FAU, or Miami.

Yep. It looked like they only let people sit on one side of the arena.

Anyone know why Gadsden never seems to get PT? He’s a Fla. kid, right? And doesn’t get a few minutes in the Fla. “ home “ game for these kids? Honestly don’t remember seeing him EVER play ( bio says 9 games - 9 min. Last yr) ????

I was wondering about this, too. Perhaps an injury?

Gadson has an injury that he is almost ready to return from. Huger mentioned it in a presser from one of the last few games.

He was still in the walking boot/scooter thing for the Findlay game. Can't remember seeing if he was still in it for the Tiffin game.
