Peyton Stovall played only 16 minutes and had only 4 points. What happened? He wasn't in any foul trouble because the box score has only one foul on him.
Did he get injured or did someone play defense on him?

He traveled (no call) into the lane then colided with a BSU and BG player and went down in what appeared to be pretty agonizing pain.

Now I'm no doctor, but that looked similar to what I did to my knee. His knee cap seemed to be a little to the left from where it originally was so to me it appeared he dislocated it. He last came back out on crutches and still in uniform but did not play.
