I think the changes would go both ways, some kids probably not liking it as they’d lose some of the current freedom they have. This, in my thoughts, is a way to reel in some of this Wild West mentality.

It doesn’t necessarily mean anything, but Humphrey posted multiple photos of himself in the practice gym at the Stroh Center on his Instagram story today.

Coach Simon posted an Ay Ziggy Zoomba gif today on X, so perhaps some news is coming next week?

Troy Glover II is the first land from the portal. Looks to be a defensive minded big, 6’10 and was defensive player of the year in his conference. Comes from University Missouri-St Louis

Seems like a pretty straight replacement for Jamai Felt, so I’d guess that door for return is closed. Love the look of this guy’s defensive activity. Seems like a nice addition, and we should end up having pretty good size this year.

6’0 G Jason Kimbrough Jr. from Highland CC has committed to BG.

He averaged 18.6 points and 6.2 assists, along with 4 rebounds, as well as shooting 45.6% from three this season. Seems like a huge pickup for us.

Looks like a combo guard who isn't afraid to pull it from anywhere. He and Campbell should make a really nice backcourt duo.

Fun fact - Jason Kimbrough Sr. played at WMU in the late 90s and oddly enough also averaged 6 assists and shot 43% from 3.

Major Richaun Holmes vibes. Should be a walking double double in the MAC. We better Start saving up our extra $$ now and be ready to pitch into the NIL fund if we want to have him for more than 1 year

While I was actually happy for the MAC to see that all stay together, I'm even happier for BG that it is not.
