What happens if...

Post by Bleeding Orange »

...we beat Florida State on Saturday? I have started thinking about this primarily because I've gone insane from a caffine overdose, but here are my three predictions:

(1) My head very well may explode (not from the caffine)

(2) This officially becomes the most insane and manic season in BGSU history.

(3) The "FIRE DAKICH!" mania will continue, but the masses grow more confused.

I really do hope we beat them, if only because I think my head exploding might help to clear out my sinuses. Well, that and a win is always good for its own sake, I suppose... :P

Wow. You people are so low on this program that you won't even comedically entertain the notion of beating FSU?

I'm not holding my breath that we beat Florida State, though it would be awesome and we have already beaten Virginia Tech, so who knows. But two days later, we play Troy down in Alabama too, so this trip will produce two games for us. I'm just hoping we can at least return from down there with at least one win. It's been almost a month since our last victory and right now, this team (and fans) just needs a win to start feeling good about things concerning basketball.

Not all of us are low on the program. The ones who are high on it just don't post anymore because everyone's glass is half-empty and they are sick of joining in pointless conversations.

Sorry, but the glass looks a little more than half empty to me.

This is true. Sadly. Maybe we should just fire Dakich.

Quick -- somebody post a picture to distract us from the other team shooting foul shots!

Anyone high on this team must be high, indeed.

(See what I did there?)

We are 2-5...players are all getting healthy...give it a friggin' chance. No one can be high on the team because no one has seen the full team.
