Hey, DD was on the news last night, and he said that apparently Fla St has a propensity to cause turnovers, and then, in his sardonic way, he said that with our ability to make them--he speculated we were near the bottom of the NCAA in turnovers--it might be an NCAA record.
That made we want to check the numbers.
We are actually, 237th out of 326.
In fouls, we are 303rd out of 326, far and away our lowest ranking.

So in other words not good. We could easily have 20 fouls by halftime if not before, and probably as many turnovers. I have no idea how having Moten in the lineup along with Steven will help but we'll soon find out this Sat. Our weak post linup is our biggest problem over the pg play I think.

The funniest part on last night's show came when they weren't on the air, and DD was telling about an interview with Fox TV earlier that day. He said the interviewer ask 3-4 times about Toledo playing in Mobile, since that is where we were playing and he said finally i had to tell him, "I don't give a $hit about Toledo!" He got a rather large ovation after the story!!!

That is a funny story. Too bad BG football didn't make it back to the GMAC Bowl again, it would have been cool to see both BG football and hoops down there close to the same time. That would have been a nice little 2-for-1 trip.factman wrote:The funniest part on last night's show came when they weren't on the air, and DD was telling about an interview with Fox TV earlier that day.
