If they deny Lewis' release, he can't accept a scholarship from anyone else this year. That means he would not only have to sit out the year, but have to pay his own way as well.
I think Ron had a certain amount of talent, but he was entirley lacking in focus. I don't think he's an NBA caliber talent regardless of his mental approach to the game.
