Not sure what an off the charts e-mail is but I'm certain Scott Vandermeer is also one of those people that "realized it was a mistake." Not quite sure who else thought it was a mistake.BleedOrange wrote:I'm thinking the Chris Hobson IS one of those kids.fredthefalcon wrote:DD quote portion from above:
last year maureen wrote a story about all the players leaving, and she didn't really want to hear that most of them realized it was a mistake. that's what happens when kids leave.
I'm guessing Ron Lewis isn't one of these kids.

Is Vandermeer the one who left because his father wanted to travel no more than 30 minutes to see him play? If so, he did contact Dakich and tell him he had made a mistake.
BTW - see today's Toledo Blade Opinion section for a nice compliment as to the man Dan Dakich is.

I know woulda, shoulda, coulda, but how good could have BG been without all of the transfers and people quitting? Such a waste.

Its a mix. Some of them were OK players. In some cases, the problem was that they were recruited at all.Tricky_Falcon wrote:Yes, Vandermeer is the one.transfer2BGSU wrote:Is Vandermeer the one who left because his father wanted to travel no more than 30 minutes to see him play?
