Re: Men's schedule released
I think the reason we scheduled mostly road-games in December is due to winter break. Most students aren't in Bowling Green for a huge portion of that month. When I was there, I was ticked because there were always 4 or 5 home games during winter break. Students can't go, unless they live off campus or are from the BG/Toledo area.

Gone are the days of having to sit through Notre Dame (OH), Findlay, Defiance College, etc . . .
Dan wouldn't have played this many quality teams in 8 years let alone ONE.
It's amazing how teams like Xavier (and UC in the last year or so) and others will schedule BG but Duke was afraid to play when Dan was the coach.
Getting Saint Louis and Milwaukee to come here is AWESOME two great quality mid-major programs that hopefully we can continue to build a relationship and possibly a series with. Also great recruiting bases too!
In addition, I've always admired the UNC way of allowing each player to play a "home" game in front of their parents before they graduate (UNC actually scheduled Cleveland St. one year in Cleveland to allow Jawad Williams{formerly of St. Eds} to play his "home" game). With so many from Detroit and Cincinnati on the team, it's nice to see that their families won't be too far away!
