Re: Antonio Daniels trade...
Some of the places that I have seen news on Antonio are saying that once he clears waivers tomorrow he will sign with the Cavs and bump Coby Karl off the last roster spot. Nothing confirmed yet so no links but it sounds like he might be joining the Cavs.

I am more than ok with bumping a Karl off the team.

Hey, Brian: Now that Delonte West is back and he and the team appear to be getting back into form, what are the Cavs thinking as far as bringing in an Antonio Daniels or some other veteran point guard? -- Dan Williams, Akron
Hey, Dan: The Cavs were close to pulling the trigger on Daniels, but two things happened. One, team doctors gave indications that West would be returning sooner rather than later. And second, Daniel Gibson has been shooting and defending and earning extra playing time. Neither of these were certain when Daniels was waived at the end of the preaseason. Had the Cavs signed him, he'd be on the inactive list right now.

"Antonio Daniels worked out for the Cleveland Cavaliers on Sunday and could reach an agreement with the team in coming days, a source close to the situation tells HOOPSWORLD. Cleveland has shown interest in Daniels since he was waived by the Minnesota Timberwolves several weeks ago.
Daniels' top choice remains the Cavaliers and he's awaiting an offer from the team before working out for other suitors. Cleveland has also ..."

From today's Plain Dealer:
"Daniels in: The Cavaliers worked out Columbus native and former Bowling Green star Antonio Daniels over the weekend but aren't planning on signing him at this point. Daniels, a 12-year veteran, played for New Orleans last season."
Seems line a contradiction to label the section 'Daniels in', but then say they are NOT planning to sign him.
