WH, you seem to be correct. I don't see a big difference either. I think their rationalization was that BSU has 14 games remaining and BG has 13. I was just going off what the Ball State announcers were saying during the game. I guess I should have looked at both teams schedules to validate what they said. One game doesn't seem like to big of a difference. Still, we need to suck it up and play out the hand that was dealt to us and win a few of these games regardless. Great teams over come adversity, and this team has not done so yet. Unless you count the recovery after the Oakland game.
