Just remembered something...it seems like back in the day, the parking money collection was done by one of the non-revenue...or low revenue...sports teams, and perhaps they even kept the money for their sport.
Is this still the case, or am I totally misremembering something in my old age? If it is, it might explain much of the problem in that you have people doing something they're not really trained (or paid) to do.

This is the only reason we joined the Falcon Club. The free parking for the hockey games (CC) saves money after 12 home games. If the same membership gets CC parking for every other sport, it really becomes a no brainer. Unless, of course, you refuse to join out of spite.footballguy51 wrote: ↑Wed May 17, 2023 9:00 am I get the Falcon Club at the lowest level ($120, I believe) which gives me CC parking. I usually end up parking in BB unless it's magically full. However, for $120, I'm usually saving or breaking even on parking and that's how I justify it.

I had no problems using my SFIA lot BB parking pass when we went to the women's NIT game. No questions asked, waved us right in. Lots of available parking stalls to choose frompdt1081 wrote: ↑Thu May 18, 2023 10:02 amThis is the only reason we joined the Falcon Club. Re: Basketball Experience Survey
I got a text from UT for their basketball experience survey (we went to the BG/UT game). If you complete the survey, you get two complimentary tickets to the football home opener.
Hey BG, take notes. This is a great way to get feedback, get great attendance for your home opener, and possibly get future football ticket purchases.
