Every time I think that he could better conditioning I remember were asking him to play 30+ minutes in a run and guun style game. It's actually a testament to the conditioning of all these guys that we have anything at all left in the tank late in these games. Nice to see a solid 8 man rotation today. Maybe Greers lack of PT was more injury related.

Nice win. I saw none of it. And it does nothing to ease the pain of that football debacle, but I still think this BG team has a high ceiling.
That's fair...I was judging him based on how he looked after a long break when he was bent over grabbing his shorts to catch his breath. after playing a couple of minutes..But once you can only get so much back, even after sitting. .BTW...sub optimal idea to stoop over to catch your breath. Stand up and put your hands behind your head...opens your lungs more

The research is suggesting hands on knees is better. By the way this guy bust his AZZ, on the floor after balls, plays defense and even when he looks spent he digs a little deeper gives total effort again.
I proudly chose to be a Falcon and a Falcon I will remain until the end.

Spurgin will make good money professionally wherever that is. Let’s hope that’s after a 24-25 season playing for BGSU.

I feel the same about Spurgin. I think his being gassed at times is because he's giving a great effort.

But I'd rather talk about Agee. Simon and this coaching staff have turned this guy into a beast. Dude can now handle the ball in transition decently for his size and he's developing a darn good low post footwork game.

His passing in the OU game was exceptional. Thought we might be looking at a triple double for a while during that game. Another huge improvement over last year

Not just the foot work. Now that teams have figured out that he 100% will drive on the break, they are sending another defender - or two - into the paint to stop him. And he is generally not turning the ball over and sometimes hit's open 3 point shooters.

When teams go zone against us, we give the ball to Agee, let the defense react to him, and then cut back door and Agee is finding those cutters.

I never thought he had a ballhandling or high IQ passing game under Huger. And he DOES under Simon.

He's almost a completely different player on offense now.
